  • Implement and improve the Business Management System;

  • Address customer satisfaction;

  • Undertake internal audits; and

  • Undertake verification activities.

Human Resources

 Assignment of Personnel

The Magro Construction Business Management System identifies in-house resources according to P-04 Human Resource s and Staff Development to ensure trained personnel for execution of the work and all verification activities required under a contract.

The assignment of personnel follows a review of applicable education, training, skills and experience.

Competency, Awareness and Training

Magro Construction determines the competences required for the performance of various tasks and has summarised them in the Training Register by identifying the necessary industry skills and then carrying out an assessment of all staff designations to highlight skills gaps.

Staff training requirements are reviewed at regular management review meetings and the training planned, carried out and recorded. Induction Training Checklist and Training Register are used as records.

Training may be specific to perform assigned task or general to heighten quality, safety and environmental awareness of Magro Construction services.
